ViratPrint purchases are completed through the mobile app. Cancellation availability depends on the order status and whether processing, dispatch or fulfilment has started.
Where supported, customers may request cancellation before an order enters processing or fulfilment. If accepted, any eligible refund will be initiated according to the Refund Policy.
Once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched or otherwise fulfilled, cancellation may no longer be possible. Contact support to determine whether another remedy is available.
Use the cancellation option available in the ViratPrint app when provided. If unavailable, contact ViratPrint support promptly with the order number and registered contact details.
If cancellation is approved after payment has been collected, any eligible refund will be processed according to the applicable refund terms and payment-provider timelines.
